Summary
Connecticut Medicaid is implementing Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home health and non-medical services, requiring providers to use the Santrax system for visit verification and billing. Non-medical services must use EVV starting January 1, 2017, and Home Health services starting February 1, 2017.
Action Required
By January 1, 2017: Home health and non-medical service providers must complete the EVV survey, enroll in mandatory training through the Learning Management System, and begin using the Santrax system for visit verification and billing.
