By January 1, 2017: Providers of non-medical services must complete the EVV survey, enroll in mandatory EVV training through the Learning Management System, and begin using the Santrax system for visit verification. By April 1, 2017: Home health providers must implement EVV system. All affected providers must contact Sandata at 1-855-399-8050 to set up Santrax system and enter staff information using only last 5 digits of SSN. Failure to implement EVV may result in claim processing issues.
