Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has split and merged with Computer Sciences Corporation to form DXC Technology. Providers will see DXC Technology branding on correspondence, receive emails from @dxc.com addresses instead of @hpe.com, and hear the DXC Technology name when calling the Provider Assistance Center.
Action Required
Immediately: Update contact lists and email filters to recognize correspondence from @dxc.com email addresses instead of @hpe.com. Train staff to expect DXC Technology branding and name when contacting the Provider Assistance Center. No billing workflow changes required.
