Summary

Connecticut Medicaid has implemented Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirements for home health and non-medical service providers serving ABI, CHC, and PCA waiver clients. Claims for EVV-mandated services must now be submitted through the EVV system or they will be denied with EOB code 0630.

Immediately: Connecticut providers serving Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Connecticut Home Care (CHC), and Personal Care Services (PCA) waiver clients must enroll in and use the Santrax EVV system for all EVV-mandated services. Complete mandatory EVV training through the Learning Management System to receive Welcome Kit. Submit all claims for these services through the EVV system only - manual claims will be denied with EOB code 0630. Contact ctevv@dxc.com for missing clients or authorization issues, and Sandata Customer Care at 1-855-399-8050 for system functionality problems.
