Summary

Before June 30, 2021: Providers ordering MEDS products for Connecticut Medicaid patients should enroll for free Direct Secure Messaging accounts through Secure Exchange Solutions at 1-888-470-9913 ext. 1 or ctmeds@secureexsolutions.com. If you have an existing EHR with Direct messaging capabilities, verify compatibility with the new system. Begin using the web-based MEDS prescription order form to improve workflow efficiency and reduce incomplete orders.
