The Automated Voice Response System (AVRS) will be unavailable for system maintenance from Saturday June 3, 2017 at 11:00 PM through Sunday June 4, 2017 at 6:00 AM. During this downtime, providers can still use the secure web portal and traditional ASC X12N transactions for eligibility verification and claims processing.
Action Required
June 3-4, 2017: Billing team should use the provider secure web portal at www.ctdssmap.com or traditional ASC X12N transactions instead of calling the AVRS system for eligibility verification, prior authorization inquiries, and claims status checks during the maintenance window.
