Summary
Effective June 19, 2017, all EVV mandated or optional services performed by Connecticut Home Care (CHC), Personal Care Assistance (PCA) and Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) waiver providers must have at least one task associated with the visit in the Santrax system for claims to be exported for processing. Visits without tasks will receive a 'task exception' error and be held from export until tasks are added.
Action Required
By June 19, 2017: CHC, PCA, and ABI waiver providers must ensure all EVV mandated or optional service visits have at least one task entered in the Santrax system before claim submission. Update staff training to require task entry for every visit. Claims without tasks will be held and cannot be processed until tasks are added.
