Summary
Connecticut Medicaid will no longer provide supplemental payments for electronic consultations (e-consults) performed at Federally Qualified Health Centers after June 30, 2017. FQHCs must submit all quarterly reports by July 31, 2017 to receive final reconciliation payments for e-consults from the previous fiscal year.
Action Required
By July 31, 2017: FQHCs must submit all quarterly e-consult reports to Connecticut Medicaid for final reconciliation payments. Include all other payment/funding sources received for e-consults. After June 30, 2017: Stop expecting supplemental payments for e-consults from Connecticut Medicaid.
