Summary
Connecticut Medicaid has fully implemented Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for non-medical and home health services, requiring providers serving ABI, CHC, and PCA waiver clients to use the EVV system for mandated services. Claims for EVV-mandated services not submitted through the EVV system will be denied with EOB code 0630.
Action Required
Connecticut providers serving ABI, CHC, and PCA waiver clients must: 1) Complete mandatory EVV training through the Learning Management System to receive Welcome Kit, 2) Set up staff in Santrax system using only last 5 digits of SSN (format: 000-05-6789), 3) Submit all EVV-mandated service claims through the EVV system only - claims submitted outside EVV will deny with EOB code 0630, 4) Contact ctevv@dxc.com for missing clients or PA issues, contact Sandata Customer Care at 1-855-399-8050 for system functionality issues.
