Summary
Connecticut has implemented Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system for non-medical and home health services serving ABI, CHC, and PCA waiver clients. Claims for EVV mandated services not submitted through the EVV system will be denied with EOB code 0630.
Action Required
Immediately: Connecticut providers serving Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Connecticut Home Care (CHC), and Personal Care Services (PCA) waiver clients must use the Santrax EVV system to submit all claims for EVV mandated services. Complete mandatory EVV training, obtain Welcome Kit, and transition all billing for these services through the EVV system. Claims submitted outside EVV will be denied with EOB code 0630.
