Connecticut Medicaid (CMAP) updated Addendum B with new payment rates for procedure codes with status indicators G and K, effective October 1, 2017. Additional procedure code changes will be loaded into the system on October 24, 2017.

By October 24, 2017: Billing team should review the updated CMAP Addendum B PDF and Excel files on www.ctdssmap.com under Hospital Modernization page. Verify that claims with status indicator G or K codes submitted after October 1, 2017 are receiving updated reimbursement rates.
