Summary
Connecticut Medicaid is changing administration of the Autism Waiver Program effective January 1, 2018. Providers must complete new enrollment as Autism Waiver Service Providers to continue receiving payment for autism services.
Action Required
By January 1, 2018: Providers of Autism Waiver Services must enroll in the Connecticut Medical Assistance Program as an Autism Waiver Service Provider to continue receiving payment. Attend virtual enrollment workshops (October 19 or 25, 2017) and complete enrollment process. Review Provider Bulletin 2017-63 for detailed requirements. Failure to enroll will result in loss of payment for autism waiver services.
