Summary
Connecticut HUSKY Health (Medicaid) will reprocess claims with Place of Service 19 (Off Campus-Outpatient Hospital) from January 1, 2016 through July 20, 2017 during December 2017's first claims cycle. These claims were incorrectly paid at non-facility rates instead of facility rates under the Primary Care Increased Payments Policy and will be recouped and reprocessed at correct facility rates.

December 2017 claims cycle: Review remittance advice for any HUSKY Health claims with Place of Service 19 from 1/1/2016-7/20/2017 that will be automatically recouped and reprocessed by DXC Technology. Billing team should expect payment adjustments during December 2017 reprocessing and verify correct facility rate payments are received. No action needed for claims dated 7/21/2017 forward as system was corrected.
