By January 1, 2018: Billing team must download updated Connecticut Medicaid fee schedules from www.ctdssmap.com (Provider > Provider Fee Schedule Download). For practices participating in PCMH program, update billing system to apply enhanced reimbursement rates for codes 96160, 96161, 96127, and 99188. Note that codes 96160 and 96161 are only reimbursable for maternal depression screens.
