By March 31, 2018 at 11:59 PM: Connecticut providers participating in the Medicaid EHR Incentive Program must submit their Program Year 2017 attestation through MAPIR system. Ensure all required documentation is ready: Patient Encounter List, Security Risk Analysis Checklist, EHR Certification Page, Invoice/Purchase Order, Meaningful Use Report, and Clinical Data Registry documentation.
