Summary
Connecticut Medicaid has implemented Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home health and non-medical service providers. Claims for EVV-mandated services must be submitted through the EVV system or will be denied with EOB code 0630.
Action Required
Immediately: Connecticut providers serving ABI, CHC, and PCA waiver clients must use the Santrax EVV system for all mandated services. Complete mandatory EVV training through the Learning Management System to receive Welcome Kit. Submit all claims for EVV-mandated services through the EVV system - claims submitted outside EVV will deny with EOB code 0630.
