Summary
Connecticut Medicaid (CMAP) has updated Addendum B with payment rate changes for outpatient hospital procedures with status indicators G or K, effective January 1, 2018. Claims processed between January 1-10, 2018 will be automatically reprocessed on February 23, 2018 with correct payment rates.
