Summary
The Department of Social Services has updated the Mobile Visit Verification (MVV) app to version 4.4.4 with enhanced user-friendly display features that show services to be performed during visits. Healthcare providers using Electronic Visit Verification services must update their MVV app to access these new features.
Action Required
By June 25, 2018: Staff using the Mobile Visit Verification app must update to version 4.4.4 on their devices. Enable automatic app updates through device settings and ensure the MVV app is closed before updating so it opens to the new version. Contact ctevv@dxc.com for technical support.
