By July 2019: Agencies employing PCAs must ensure all existing staff complete the free standardized PCA training modules with a passing score of 70%. For new hires starting July 1, 2018 onward: Complete training within 90 days of hire. Download training modules from Allied Community Resources, DSS Community Options, or CMAP websites. Maintain documentation in personnel records as Allied Community Resources will audit for compliance.
