Connecticut Medicaid (CMAP) updated Addendum B with payment rate changes for procedure codes with status indicators G or K, effective July 1, 2018. New procedure codes added to the system are scheduled to be loaded July 24, 2018.

By July 24, 2018: Billing team should download the updated CMAP Addendum B PDF and Excel files from www.ctdssmap.com Hospital Modernization page. Review the CMAP Addendum B Changes document to identify procedure codes marked with 'G or K' (payment rate changes) or 'New' (newly added codes).
