Summary
Connecticut DSS updated their Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system to replace the 3-call process with a 2-call process for visits under 24 hours, effective August 3, 2018. Providers who continued using the old 3-call process experienced visit exceptions, but DSS will not penalize providers for failing to meet the 90% EVV compliance rate in August 2018.
