The Automated Voice Response System (AVRS) will be unavailable intermittently from Friday, September 14, 2018 at 8:00 PM through Saturday, September 15, 2018 at 12:00 AM due to system maintenance. During this downtime, providers should use the secure web portal at www.ctdssmap.com or traditional ASC X12N transactions for their needs.
Action Required
September 14-15, 2018: If unable to connect to AVRS during maintenance window (8:00 PM Friday through 12:00 AM Saturday), use the provider secure web portal at www.ctdssmap.com or traditional ASC X12N transactions instead. Try AVRS transactions again later if initial connection fails.
