Summary
Connecticut Medicaid has implemented Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home health and non-medical services, requiring providers serving ABI, CHC, and PCA waiver clients to use EVV for mandated services and claim submissions. Providers can now submit EVV claims through their own billing systems or the secure portal in addition to the Santrax system.

Connecticut providers only: If serving Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Connecticut Home Care (CHC), or Personal Care Services (PCA) waiver clients, ensure EVV system is being used for mandated services and claim submissions.
