Connecticut Medicaid (CMAP) updated their Addendum B with procedure code changes, payment rate updates, and APC weight adjustments effective October 1, 2018. DXC Technology will reprocess affected outpatient claims on October 12, 2018, with adjustments appearing on October 16, 2018 remittance advice.
