Summary
Connecticut Enhanced Care Clinics (mental health clinics) must notify and get written approval from the Department of Social Services at least 30 days before closing or moving clinic locations. ECC designation is lost when moving to a different city or town but can be maintained when moving within the same city or town.
Action Required
Enhanced Care Clinics in Connecticut: Submit written notification and updated Attachment B to maureen.reault@ct.gov at least 30 days before any planned closure or relocation. Obtain written DSS approval before making changes. Note that ECC designation will be lost if moving to a different city or town.
