Action Required

Action needed
Before November 1, 2018: Ensure all performing providers are enrolled in Connecticut Medical Assistance Program (CMAP) using the DXC Technology Provider Enrollment Wizard at www.ctdssmap.com. Associate all enrolled providers to clinic organization using 'Maintain Organization Members' panel. Update billing system to always include performing provider NPI in electronic claims (837P NM109 segment, Loop ID 2420, Qualifier 82). For non-licensed providers, use supervising provider's NPI. Claims without valid performing provider NPI will be denied starting November 1, 2018.
