Before January 1, 2019: Providers participating in Connecticut Home Care Program for Elders, Acquired Brain Injury, Katie Beckett, Personal Care Assistance, Autism, Mental Health Waiver, Community First Choice, Money Follows the Person, or Home Health services must update usual and customary rates in the Santrax EVV system to reflect the 2% rate increase.
