By March 3, 2019: Providers offering autism waiver services (codes 1302Z, 1304Z, 1396Z, 1404Z, H2019) must complete mandatory Santrax system training and implement Electronic Visit Verification. Caregivers must check-in and check-out for all visits using phone, mobile app, or device. Update billing workflows to ensure all claims match confirmed visits in Santrax system. Claims without proper EVV documentation will be denied with specific EOB codes (3327, 3328, 0047, 3329).
