Summary
The Department of Social Services has enhanced the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Mobile Visit Verification app to allow caregiver swaps without creating exceptions in Santrax. When a replacement caregiver checks in for a scheduled visit, they automatically replace the originally scheduled caregiver if their role is authorized for the scheduled services.
