Summary

Connecticut's Promoting Interoperability Program now accepts electronic Clinical Quality Measures (eCQM) submissions as an optional alternative to manual attestation for 2018 program year. Providers must notify CT DSS by March 1, 2019 and complete testing process to participate.

By March 1, 2019: Connecticut providers participating in the Promoting Interoperability Program who want to submit eCQMs must email Dr. Minakshi Tikoo at Minakshi.Tikoo@ct.gov to request credentials for secure FTP site. Complete steps 2-4 including testing process with CT DSS staff (can take 1 week to 1 month). Upload certificate to MAPIR when ready to attest. Note: Attestation grace period ends March 31, 2019 with no extensions.
