Immediately: Billing team must verify prior authorization status via Secure Web account at www.ctdssmap.com before submitting DDS Specialized Services claims for nursing facility residents. Select Prior Authorization Inquiry from the Prior Authorization menu to confirm PA is on file. Do not submit claims without verified PA as they will deny with EOB code 3003. Monitor future Remittance Advice Banner Page messages for notification when denied claims will be reprocessed.
