Summary

Connecticut Medicaid requires all in-state ambulance providers to submit Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) for their fleet through the CMAP web portal. Failure to provide current VIN information will result in dis-enrollment from the Connecticut Medical Assistance Program and claims will not be processed.

By March 1, 2019: Ambulance providers must log into the CMAP web portal at www.ctdssmap.com, access the 'Maintain Vehicle Information' panel under demographic maintenance, and enter VINs and registration expiration dates for all ambulances in their fleet. Failure to provide current VIN information will cause dis-enrollment from Connecticut Medicaid and claims will not be processed.
