Electronic Visit Verification providers must update their Mobile Visit Verification app - Android users must upgrade to version 4.6.0 by March 18, 2019, or the app will stop working. iOS users should upgrade to version 4.6.1 when available within two weeks.

By March 18, 2019: Staff using Electronic Visit Verification on Android devices must upgrade to MVV app version 4.6.0. iOS users should upgrade to version 4.6.1 when available. Contact Sandata Customer Care at 1-855-399-8050 for questions. Failure to upgrade Android devices will result in app malfunction.
