By March 27, 2019: Connecticut providers should ensure their Secure Web portal email addresses are current to receive electronic letter notifications. Billing staff must log into the portal regularly to access eDelivered letters via Trade Files > Download > eDelivery. Download and save important letters locally as they are only retained 6-12 months online. Providers without portal accounts should email webmaster-ctmedicalprog@dxc.com with NPI and AVRS ID to request access.
