Summary
A system error caused procedure code 90791 (Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation) claims from Behavioral Health Clinicians to be incorrectly denied starting April 15, 2019. The system will be fixed and providers can resubmit denied claims starting April 17, 2019.

By April 17, 2019: Behavioral Health Clinicians must resubmit or adjust all claims with procedure code 90791 that were denied with EOB codes 4149 or 4821 between April 15-17, 2019. Review claim reports for these specific denials and reprocess once system is updated.
