Immediately: All applicable providers (Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Chiropractors, Independent Clinical Labs, Independent Radiology, Naturopaths, Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Midwives, Physicians, Podiatrists, Independent Therapy Services, Medical Transportation, and Vision providers) must download the updated Chapter 8 - Waiver Programs and Special Services from the provider portal. Go to Information > Publications, select your provider type from dropdown, and download the latest version to stay current with program changes.
