Summary
Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) service providers are experiencing intermittent telephony outages affecting caregiver check-in/check-out calls. Providers should direct caregivers to use mobile apps or manually enter visit times in Santrax until the issue is resolved.
Action Required
Immediately: Home health agencies should instruct caregivers with smartphones to use the Mobile Visit Verification (MVV) app for check-in/check-out. For caregivers without smartphones, manually enter check-in and check-out times in Santrax system until telephony issue is resolved. Note that compliance rates for May 2019 will exclude visits during this outage period.
