Review July 9, 2019 remittance advice for reprocessed claims with ICN beginning with 52. Monitor June 18 and June 25, 2019 remittance advices for DRG weight corrections and supplemental payments. Update lab billing rates for codes 81316, 82286, 83987, and 86821 for dates of service January 1, 2019 forward.
