Ensure compliance with performance measures including early prenatal care, risk screening, aspirin prophylaxis prescribing, and comprehensive postpartum visits. All notification forms must be submitted between August 1, 2019 and July 31, 2020 for service dates August 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020 to receive supplemental P4P payments.
