Summary
Connecticut Medicaid is changing the re-enrollment process for Private Non-Medical Institution (PNMI) performing providers to comply with ACA guidelines. PNMI providers must re-enroll online by April 1, 2020, and out-of-state PNMI providers will no longer be allowed to enroll.
Action Required
By April 1, 2020: PNMI performing providers in Connecticut must re-enroll using the online Re-enrollment Wizard at www.ctdssmap.com. Access the portal using your Application Tracking Number from the re-enrollment notification letter and AVRS ID or NPI. Failure to re-enroll by the deadline will result in disenrollment from the Connecticut Medical Assistance Program.
