Summary
Providers of Non-Medical Mental Health Waiver Services must enroll as Mental Health Waiver service or Assisted Living Service agency providers by September 1, 2019 through the DSS Enrollment Wizard at ctdssmap.com. Providers who fail to enroll will not be reimbursed for services performed on or after September 1, 2019, and Advanced Behavioral Health will no longer bill on behalf of most providers after this date.

By September 1, 2019: Providers of Non-Medical Mental Health Waiver Services must enroll as Mental Health Waiver service or Assisted Living Service agency providers at www.ctdssmap.com using the DSS Enrollment Wizard. Review Provider Bulletin 2019-27 for application instructions and attend available training workshops. Failure to enroll will result in no reimbursement for services provided on or after September 1, 2019.
