By October 31, 2019: Providers of Non-Medical Mental Health Waiver Services must enroll in Connecticut Medical Assistance Program (CMAP) at www.ctdssmap.com using the DSS Enrollment Wizard. Review Provider Bulletin 2019-27 for application instructions. Complete enrollment training workshops available on the CMAP website. Providers not enrolled by November 1, 2019 will not be reimbursed for Mental Health Waiver client services. Exception: Providers offering only Highly Skilled Chore, Home Accessibility Adaptations, Assistive Technology, Specialized Medical Equipment, or Recovery Assistant services are exempt and can continue billing through ABH.
