The secure web portal for trauma questionnaire letters has been updated to consolidate all monthly letters into a single PDF file instead of separate files for each letter. Hospitals can now download these consolidated files from the Trade Files section and will receive monthly notifications when new files are available.

Hospital billing teams should update their workflow to access trauma questionnaire letters from the secure web portal by selecting Trade Files > Download > Trauma Questionnaire. Note that all letters for each month will now be in one PDF file rather than separate files.
