By November 12, 2019: Billing team must download the updated CMAP Addendum B V20.3 from www.ctdssmap.com Hospital Modernization page. Review all procedure codes marked with 'G or K' (payment rate changes), 'New' (CMS additions), or 'X' (code/status indicator changes). Update billing system with new rates and codes. Monitor the CMAP Addendum B Changes document for ongoing updates.
