Summary
Connecticut Medicaid (CMAP) updated Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) codes with new Claim Adjustment Reason Codes (CARC) and Remittance Advice Remark Codes (RARC) for common denial scenarios including Electronic Visit Verification, NDC requirements, provider eligibility, and modifier errors. Billing teams must update their auto-posting systems to properly process these new ERA codes.
