By January 1, 2020: Billing team must update system to require prior authorization from CHNCT (1-800-440-5071) for genetic testing codes 81277, 81307, 81308, and 81309 for HUSKY Health patients. Remove prior auth requirement for CPT 81519. Download updated fee schedule from www.ctdssmap.com under Provider > Provider Fee Schedule Download > Lab. Claims will be denied without proper prior authorization.
