DSS and DXC Technology have made 2019 1099 tax forms available for download on the www.ctdssmap.com secure web portal as of January 29, 2020. Providers can access these forms through their secure portal accounts, and the forms will be retained for 3 years before being removed.
Action Required
By February 2023 (before 3-year retention expires): Billing/administrative staff should log into www.ctdssmap.com secure portal, navigate to Trade Files > Download > 1099s selection, and download/save local copies of 2019 and 2018 1099 forms for record keeping, as files will be removed after the 3-year retention period.
