Summary
The deadline for Program Year 2019 Medicaid Promoting Interoperability (PI) Program attestations has been extended to April 30, 2020 due to COVID-19. Eligible providers who participated in previous years must submit their Meaningful Use attestations by this new deadline to remain compliant.
Action Required
By April 30, 2020 at 11:59 PM: Eligible providers (Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, Dentists, Certified Nurse Midwives, and Physician Assistants from FQHCs) must submit their PY2019 Medicaid PI Program attestations. Providers must have 30% Medicaid patient volume (20% for pediatricians), be using 2015 edition CEHRT, and have attested in previous years.
