When dispensing advance supplies (up to 90 days), document 'COVID-19' in member chart and claims with specific date ranges, verify no duplicate claims via ctdssmap.com portal, and track requests to prevent double-dispensing. Use appropriate date spans on claims to avoid MUE denials. Stop requiring delivery signatures during emergency period.
