Action Required
Immediately: Update billing system to bill behavioral health telemedicine services using CPT codes 90832-90834, 90836-90838, and 90847 as all-inclusive outpatient claims per CMAP Addendum B. For telephonic services (audio-only), use Revenue Center Code 914 with CPT 98967 (11-20 minutes) or 98968 (21-30 minutes). Use COVID-19 testing codes U0001 (CDC tests) or U0002 (non-CDC tests). For PT/OT/Speech therapy via telemedicine, continue using RCC 421, 431, and 441 respectively. Do not bill E&M services for established patients via telephone under hospital provider ID.
